  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages
  • We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of business. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified therein. We reserve the right to suspend access to our website if these terms are breached.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
